First Baptist Church is committed to providing ongoing Christian growth for every believer. We encourage our entire fellowship of believers to adopt a lifestyle of learning and growth that will last a lifetime. The two primary ways we provide for continuing spiritual growth are our graded Adult Sunday School and our Life Series.

Adult Sunday School
This is a systematic Bible Study. We study the Bible with intent and purpose. It is our desire to explore what the Word of God tells us and apply those truths to our daily living. The result is believers grounded in Biblical truth and adept at living out that truth. By meeting in small groups people get to know each other and share their lives in a safe and open environment. The small groups are open to all and meet every Sunday morning at 9:45 a.m.

Life Series
This is an eclectic mix of studies that give guidance and training to help meet the needs of as many people as possible. We have offered series in personal finance, Bible study methods, spiritual gifts, church history, family relationships, new church member orientation, men's Bibles study, doctrinal studies, and many other creative opportunities. We are committed to provide innovative series that will stimulate your walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. The Life Series classes are open to everyone and meet on Sunday afternoons at 5:00 p.m. during the fall and spring.
